How to Register and Get Certified
 

Step 1

Send an email of your full name, phone number, email address and location to lagos@customerservicenigeria.org

Step 2

You will be contacted on the certification course date and sent a copy of the membership application form and available payment options.

Step 3

You are to download and print the form, fill the form and return the form with other documents physically or through proxy (a person appointed by you) at the Institute of Customer Service of Nigeria (ICSN), PEI Centre Building, Plot 7 Block 73, Dr Ladi Alakija, Lekki 1, Lagos. with your full payment. Payment is via cash at the centre. NB: Payment must be completed before certification course.
